You Know You Want To!

You Really Do!

We’ve begun taking volunteer signups for the sixth annual V-Day Petaluma 2013 – a community campaign to raise awareness and funds to end violence against women and girls.  Our host and beneficiary is Petaluma’s own Guided To Safety.

This year we’ll be offering screening(s) of the award-winning documentary “Until The Violence Stops“, participate in the global ONE BILLION RISING – a day to rise, dance & strike – as “Petaluma Rises” and, finally, a staged production of the award-winning “The Vagina Monologues.”

We’ve elected to use a site called “Signup Genius” to organize our volunteers this V-Season.  Please take a gander (click here to view) and see if something interests you.  If not now, take a look again in a few weeks as we’ll be adding shorter-term roles as we delve into further organizing.

Please do be sure to share this message with your friends!
